Dog Walking

Your dog called. They'd like a walk.

Well, they didn't call exactly. They stared at the door for forty minutes, which in dog is the same thing. We're a local dog walking service for busy owners, here to get your dog out, about and happily worn out while you get on with your day.

Sort my dog out

Tell us about your dog. It takes less time than finding the other shoe they hid.

Walks, in a few flavours (all of them dog-flavoured)

Every dog is different. Some are sprinters, some are sniffers, and some think a walk is mainly a chance to say hello to every lamppost in the postcode. Tell us which kind you've got and we'll find a walk that suits.

Solo walk

Just your dog and their walker, with nobody else in the conversation. Good for dogs who like one-to-one attention, are still learning their manners, or take squirrel-related matters very personally.

Shared walk

A walk with a small group of compatible dogs. Good for social butterflies (social barkterflies) who think the best part of going outside is other dogs.

Shorter visit

A gentler outing for puppies, senior dogs, or anyone whose legs prefer a stroll to a marathon. There's time for a toilet break, a sniff about and a fuss.

Not sure which fits? Say so in the form. Working it out together is half the fun, and the other half is ears.

Enquire

Fill in the form below with your name, your area, your dog's name and whatever they're like. Yes, you can mention their nicknames. We expect at least four.

2

Meet

We arrange a meet-and-greet so your dog can inspect us thoroughly, which usually means our shoes. You can ask questions, show us the lead and the treat cupboard, and tell us which neighbour's cat must never be mentioned.

3

Walk

Once everyone's happy, we book in the walks. Your dog goes out, has a grand time, and comes home ready for the serious business of a nap.

New, honest, and very fond of dogs

We'll be straight with you: this is a new service. We don't have a wall of reviews or a trophy cabinet, and we're not going to pretend otherwise. (The only trophy we'd want is a slightly soggy tennis ball anyway.)

Here's what we can promise. You'll meet us before any walk happens, so you and your dog can decide whether we pass the sniff test. You'll know who is walking your dog. And if something about your dog matters, like a dodgy hip, a fear of bin lorries or a lifelong grudge against squirrels, we want to hear about it first.

Trust is earned one walk at a time. We'd love to start with yours.

Questions, answered (squirrels not included)

Do you cover my area?

We're a local service. Put your area in the form and we'll tell you whether we can reach you.

How much does a walk cost?

Ask in the form and we'll give you prices when we reply, along with which kinds of walk suit your dog.

What happens at the meet-and-greet?

We come and say hello, meet your dog, and go through the practical bits: routines, keys or access, the lead, any health or behaviour notes, and where the poo bags live. Your dog gets to decide whether they like us. Spoiler: treats help.

Can you walk a puppy or an older dog?

Tell us about them in the form. The shorter visit is there for little legs and wise old legs alike, and we'll talk it through at the meet-and-greet.

My dog is a bit reactive / nervous / overly enthusiastic. Is that okay?

Tell us honestly, and we'll answer honestly. A solo walk often suits dogs who need their own space, and the meet-and-greet is the place to work out whether we're the right fit.

What about squirrels?

We have no control over squirrels. Nobody does. We just hold the lead firmly and apologise to the tree.

Tell us about your dog

Fill this in to book a walk or a meet-and-greet. Your message comes straight to us, and we'll reply using the details you leave.

We only use your details to reply to this enquiry.

Message received. Tails are wagging.

Thanks! Your enquiry about your dog is with us. We'll read it and get back to you using the details you gave. In the meantime, you may now tell your dog the good news. They will not understand, but they'll be delighted anyway.
